1. The Guarantee Constraint

At FameNinja, our "Written Guarantee" applies strictly and exclusively to the specific Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) listed in your formalized Service Level Agreement (SLA). If we fail to remove, de-index, or suppress the targeted links below the agreed-upon Search Engine Results Page (SERP) position within the contracted timeframe, you are entitled to a refund allocated specifically for that line-item link.

2. Conditional Pauses and Deadlines

Guaranteed timelines are contingent upon standard operating conditions of major search engine and publication platforms. FameNinja reserves the right to pause all countdown timelines without penalty if:

• Google, Bing, or any relevant platform undergoes confirmed algorithm rollouts, policy revisions, or core updates.
• The client fails to provide necessary legal documentation, proof of identity, or authorized representation documentation required by third-party legal departments within 24 hours of request.

3. Immediate Contract Voidance & Exclusions

Our commitment to protecting your digital reputation requires absolute synchronization. The following actions by the client or their associates will result in the immediate and irrevocable voidance of all guarantees and refunds:

• Independent or third-party communications made to the hosting platform, publisher, or author regarding the targeted URLs.
• Concurrent use of unstructured PR, "black-hat" SEO services, or automated suppression bots during our active campaign.
• Publishing statements or admissions to the public that confirm, aggravate, or draw renewed algorithmic attention to the negative narrative.

4. "Whack-a-Mole" Clause

FameNinja is contracted to address explicit URLs. The Guarantee does not cover the replication, syndication, or re-publishing of the negative content by independent third-party platforms that were not explicitly listed in the original Statement of Work (SOW).

5. Dispute and Governing Law

Any disputes arising regarding the execution or refund status of this Guarantee shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in Dubai.
