2. Absolute Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) & Anonymization

Your privacy is non-negotiable. Information pertaining to the targeted negative links and personal reputation crises will never be published, utilized for external marketing, or shared with unassociated third parties. However, FameNinja reserves the explicit right to extract anonymized, mathematically aggregated data (such as removal timeframes, success rates, and localized algorithmic trends) to optimize internal protocols and display cumulative statistics.

3. Scope of Liability and Algorithmic Realities

FameNinja operates on a best-effort, legally compliant basis. Because third-party platforms (like Google arrays or Glassdoor) maintain proprietary control over their indices, we assume zero liability for temporary damages, loss of business, or emotional distress caused by post-removal URL re-indexing or platform-side error resulting in the re-surfacing of suppressed data.

4. Client Non-Interference Directive

To secure our data integrity and the safety of our legal channels, clients must not personally submit overlapping removal requests or communicate with hosting bodies once FameNinja initiates an active case. Violating this subjects the client's campaign to immediate closure.

5. Governing Law & Subpoena Compliance

This privacy directive shall be interpreted under the statutes of the United Arab Emirates. FameNinja will relentlessly protect client privacy unless served with an actionable, verifiable court order originating from the governing municipality, at which point absolute compliance is legally mandated.
